Cook Book author Akiko Nishiyama’s Perfect Cream Puff & Éclair Class (Weekend Class)


Welcoming Japanese Pastry Chef and Cook Book author Ms Akiko Nishiyama as a culinary instructor, we will organize “All about Cream Puff" class.

About the class

The class style will be "Hands On" class of baking with partially group and partially individual.

The class fee is included recipe, ingredients, apron and cleaning( attendees don't have to clean up the kitchen and equipments after the class).

Ms Nishiyama's Easy to make and easy to carry"Pasty Cook Book(S$13)" is included to standard and early bird ticket( not to the pair). Cook book language options are Chinese or Japanese.

-Gougère with Cheese

About Instructor Akiko Nishiyama.

After learning a few years under a confectioner-Makiko Fujino in Japan, Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil, Ecorle Lenotre in Paris and taking training under Pierre Herme, she opened her “Le Petit Citron, cake class” at home in 2000.

Her philosophy in making confectionery easily and deliciously with my motto “Just a little confectionery makes a little happiness”. She is also an author of 9 cook books.

-We will notify 5 days prior the event day to all the attendees if the event has to be cancelled.

-There will be no refund unless the event itself is cancelled.
